How can I use my Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers?
You can use your unique gift code (emailed to you after purchase) to order any items from our online store.
Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers can also be used to order a bespoke corset from any of the current products, items, range or style currently featured on orchidcorsetry.co.uk/bespoke-corsetry. As all bespoke corsets are custom-made to individual requirements, your order is the start of a conversation that will determine the style, fabrics and extras involved in producing the final piece.
Can I use my Gift Vouchers to pay for a place on a course?
If upcoming dates are advertised then you may use your voucher towards a place on one of our corsetry courses.
How long does it take to receive Gift Vouchers?
Within 1 working day of purchase we will email you a unique code that can be used online or in conversation with us about a bespoke purchase.
We can also send physical vouchers for increments of £100 to UK addresses within 3 working days, but please remember that delivery times can vary in the run up to Christmas.
Please contact us for orders to mainland Europe and the rest of the world. We will give you a quote and time-scale specific to the recipients location.
How are my Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers delivered?
If you are having physical vouchers posted to then we use Royal Mail for all our UK deliveries and a variety of couriers for deliveries to Europe and overseas. All Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers must be signed for on delivery. Delivery charges do vary depending on the amount ordered.
UK mainland delivery including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man.
Free of charge.
Delivery to Mainland Europe including Ireland (republic) and the Channel Islands.
Value £100 – £500 | Delivery Charge £10.50
Value £600 – £1000 | Sorry, but we can only send Gift Vouchers with a maximum value of £500

Please note that we cannot deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Do I need to be at home to sign for the vouchers when they arrive?
All Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers are sent as a packet which needs to be signed for.
UK:
If no one’s available to sign for the Gift Vouchers when they are delivered, you should be left a card by Royal Mail with details of your local sorting office. Take the card to the sorting office, along with some photo ID and sign for the packet.
Europe and the rest of the world: You will need to sign for the delivery. Please check with your local delivery service for what to do if no one is at home.
How do I pay?
When checking out through our online store, the only method of payment we can accept is PayPal. This is a free service and you are not charged anything for the transaction. However if you prefer, we can make arrangements for payment by bank transfer. We do not accept debit and credit cards at this time.
Do The Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers expire after a certain amount of time?
All Orchid Corsetry Gift Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The physical vouchers are date-stamped and individually numbered, and you will be sent details of the validity of your voucher by email.
